Mentor and coach roles and responsibilities can include:
• Supporting playful, hands-on learning through guided questions, empowering team members to make critical decisions • Helping the team set realistic goals and follow season guidelines • Facilitating meetings and helping the team orchestrate the work • Ensuring a process for all team members to engage in each part of the challenge and season • Handling administrative responsibilities such as event registration • Communicating with parents, guardians, or other family members • Supporting the team at events, reviewing any feedback with the team, and celebrating their accomplishments with them after the event
